Respondents spanned the United States including some of the most competitive personal injury markets such as California, Florida, and Texas as well as New York, New Jersey, Georgia and Illinois. Respondents were asked a dozen questions to understand how they found their attorney, interacted with the firm, as well as their level of satisfaction with their attorney, their staff and level of service received.
